Use https://prod.openhood.live/support as the App Store Connect support URL. It is cleaner than a raw email address, and you can keep the public URL stable while changing your internal support workflow later.

Later, keep this public support page unchanged and route the mailbox or a support form into the Openhood admin platform so tickets are created internally without changing the store listing.
